Enablo Customer Terms AU - Additional Terms - Google Workspace

The following terms are to be adhered to by customers utilizing Google Workspace services through Enablo. These additional terms complement the existing agreements.

Definitions

• Customer: The entity that has entered into the agreement for the use of Google Workspace.
• Enablo: The service provider facilitating Google Workspace solutions.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use
   Customers must utilize Google Workspace in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Billing and Payment
   Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.

3. Term and Termination
   The agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with appropriate notice.

Limitation of Liability

Enablo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Customers are encouraged to review this section carefully.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are delivered.
