## Enablo Customer Terms AU - Additional Terms - Google Workspace

The following terms are to be adhered to by customers utilizing Google Workspace services through Enablo. These additional terms complement the existing agreements.

### Definitions

- **Customer**: The entity that has entered into the agreement for the use of Google Workspace.
- **Enablo**: The service provider facilitating Google Workspace solutions.

### Terms of Service

1. **Acceptable Use**  
   Customers must utilize Google Workspace in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. **Billing and Payment**  
   Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.

3. **Term and Termination**  
   The agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with appropriate notice.

### Limitation of Liability

Enablo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Customers are encouraged to review this section carefully.

### Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are delivered.
